For Public and Private Schools

Coordinate With Participating SGOs

Public and private schools can join the partner network so participating Scholarship Granting Organizations and families can identify approved educational services, verify enrollment information where permitted, and coordinate fulfillment of qualifying expenses.

The Education Freedom Tax Credit creates the opportunity. Scholarship Granting Organizations administer the scholarships. PSC provides the infrastructure that helps those organizations operate.

Why Schools Participate

What Participation Looks Like

Public Schools

Programs may support qualifying tutoring, academic support, instructional materials, and technology for students who remain enrolled in public school, depending on program design and applicable requirements.

Private Schools

Private schools may coordinate tuition and fee verification with participating SGOs for students awarded scholarships.

Fulfillment Support

PSC operates payment and fulfillment workflows on behalf of participating SGOs. The SGO authorizes the use of scholarship funds and retains custody of contributions.
How It Works

Joining the Partner Network

  • Submit your school's information through the partner inquiry form
  • Confirm the categories of qualifying services your school can support
  • Complete any verification steps requested by a participating SGO
  • Coordinate enrollment or attendance confirmation where permitted
  • Receive payment authorizations processed on behalf of the SGO
  • Maintain records supporting delivered services

Schools, Providers, CPAs, Associations, and Community Partners
