What We Collect and Why
Information you provide
When you submit an intake form, request a consultation, join a waitlist, or complete a readiness assessment, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, state, and the program information you describe. Family eligibility screeners may include household size and approximate income ranges you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
We record limited technical and campaign information, including referring URL and UTM parameters, so we can understand which resources are useful and respond with relevant context. We do not attempt to identify individuals from this technical data alone.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate program fit, prepare proposals and onboarding materials, administer scholarship program operations on behalf of participating organizations, improve our resources, and meet recordkeeping obligations relevant to program administration.
How we share information
We share information with a participating Scholarship Granting Organization when your submission relates to that organization's program, and with service providers who host our systems, process payments, or deliver communications on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed to administer programs and satisfy applicable recordkeeping and audit expectations, then delete or de-identify them. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions, though no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you may unsubscribe from program communications at any time. Email programs@pscsgoadmin.org with your request. Some records must be retained where administration or law requires.
Children's information
Scholarship programs involve information about students. We collect student-related details only from a parent, guardian, or an authorized representative of a participating organization, and we use them solely for eligibility, award, and program administration purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and applicable guidance evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
